Our Mission
The Baldwin Foundation for Education (BFE) is an organization of alumni and friends of the Baldwin Public Schools whose mission is to support the the schools through fundraising activities that benefit students, help to sustain Baldwin’s tradition of excellence in education, and maintain the strong bond between alumni and the community.
Purpose
The Baldwin Foundation for Education, Inc., (the “Corporation”) is an independent, not-for-profit organization established to provide support to the Baldwin Union Free School District through appropriate fundraising, promotional and alumni development activities which will benefit students and help to sustain Baldwin’s tradition of excellence in education.
The objectives of the Corporation are to provide financial and other resources to enhance the educational programs of the district, foster pride in the Baldwin Public Schools, engender widespread support for public education among Baldwin alumni and the entire Baldwin community and maintain the strong bond between alumni and the school community.
